New York Gov. Kathy Hochul not new to cleaning up after disgraced politicians

Gov. Kathy Hochul is the first woman to lead New York state, but it is not her first time taking over for a politician because of sexual misconduct. Hochul takes over for former Governor Andrew Cuomo and will complete the last 15 months of his term.
