Speaking in a Fox News Radio interview on Wednesday, former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley urged President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris to resign. Her chief concerns in the interview focused on President Biden’s foreign policy.
“You’ve got anywhere from Putin, Xi, Kim Jong Un in North Korea to the Ayatollahs in Iran, they all get what an amazing opportunity this is,” Haley said on the Guy Benson Show. “They know that they’ve never had a weak president like this before, they know they probably never will have another one again, and so they are trying to get everything they can.”
Haley’s critique of Biden’s foreign policy interview focused mainly on the rising tensions between Russia and Ukraine. Haley attacked Biden for comments he made during a news conference last week, calling the news conference “absolutely cringeworthy.”
“You never show your cards, especially when you don’t have any, and that’s literally what he did. To refer to whether there’s a minor incursion or not, I know having dealt with the Ukrainians and everybody else, they had to have been mortified,” Haley said. “It was basically giving a green light to let Russia know ‘look, you can do a little bit but you can’t do a lot.’ Well that’s like saying ‘you can go and you can attack Florida, just don’t attack the rest of the country.’”
While much of the interview focused on Ukraine and Russia, Haley also touched on the end of the war in Afghanistan, ongoing tensions between Taiwan and China, and the upcoming Winter Olympics in Beijing.
“He destroyed Afghanistan… he has no plan for Taiwan, and you’re sending our athletes over to Beijing for the Olympics, and you’ve said nothing about how you’re going to protect them when they’re over there,” Haley said. “They’ve literally been threatened and told that if they say anything against the government they will be punished. Where’s the protection for Americans? Literally, he has failed on every level.”
