Vladimir Putin has led Russia as Prime Minister and President for more than two decades. Putin has marked much of his time in the Kremlin as a thorn in the side of many Americans.
“The bad guys in the world will begin to do precisely what you are seeing Vladimir Putin do today,” former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
Putin designed Russia’s invasions of Ukraine in 2014 and 2022.
“Who in the Lord’s name does Putin think gives him the right to declare new so-called countries on territory that belonged to his neighbors,” President Biden asked.
