During last month’s proceedings, the majority of justices appeared skeptical of Colorado’s argument to remove Trump from its primary ballot. This decision is critical as Colorado, among other states, prepares for Super Tuesday’s primaries tomorrow.

Efforts to remove Trump from the ballot in Maine and Illinois are paused, waiting for the Supreme Court’s ruling.

Currently, Trump’s name remains on the ballot, but the impending Supreme Court ruling could decide if votes for him will be counted.
