Georgia voters may select from six presidential candidates after Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger reinstated Cornel West and Claudia De la Cruz on the ballot. Raffensperger, a Republican, overruled an administrative law judge’s previous ruling that removed West and De la Cruz.
Raffensperger determined Jill Stein qualified under a new Georgia law, despite disagreements about her party’s status. It was also ruled that RFK Jr. would not qualify to be on the ballot, though it is a moot point now that he has withdrawn from the race.
